These terms apply to the website Myvaluta.ge, operated by Kredito LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”). By using the site you accept them.
1. What the site is
Myvaluta.ge publishes exchange rates: the official rates of the National Bank of Georgia and the buy and sell rates of banks and exchange offices, together with a converter, charts and crypto prices. We do not exchange money, we do not accept payments or deposits, and we are not a bank or a financial adviser.
2. Rates are for information only
Rates are collected automatically from public sources. We check them and show the time each one was last confirmed, but we cannot guarantee that a rate is complete, correct or still valid at the moment you read it. A bank or exchange office can change its rate at any time, and a branch may apply a rate different from the one it publishes online.
Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell currency, and nothing on it is investment, tax or legal advice. Confirm the rate with the provider before a transaction. You use the information at your own risk.
3. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or relying on a rate shown on it, from delays or interruptions of the service, or from the content of other sites we link to.
4. Using the content
Texts, design and software of the site belong to us. Names and logos of banks, exchange offices and other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
You may quote rates and short parts of the texts if you name Myvaluta.ge as the source and link to it. Collecting the content of the site automatically and in bulk, or in a way that burdens the service, is not allowed without our written consent. If you need the data regularly, write to us.
5. Advertising and links
Advertising on the site is labelled. We are not responsible for the goods, services or sites of advertisers and of other third parties that the site links to; their own terms apply.
6. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may change the site and these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page; by using the site after a change you accept the new version.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are decided by the courts of Georgia.
