We read the rates automatically from the official site of Valuto (valuto.ge). The source is checked every 5 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night. Methodology

Where do the Valuto quotes come from?
Quotes are collected automatically from the provider’s official website or public source. The link and checking interval are on this page. A confirmation time records a source check, not necessarily a price change.
Which Valuto rate do I need?
Use the buy rate when handing over foreign currency and the sell rate when buying it with GEL. The quantity label shows whether the table’s quote applies to one or several currency units.
Does this quote apply at every Valuto branch?
That is not guaranteed. The site shows the provider’s published figure, not an individual quote for each branch. Confirm the address, hours, cash availability and rate before visiting.
Are Valuto commissions included?
The site’s calculation excludes separate fees. Before exchanging, ask the provider for the exact amount after all charges. Check the transaction terms and receipt.
What does a stale or blank quote mean?
A stale quote has not been confirmed within 60 minutes and cannot qualify as the best rate. It is hidden after 24 hours. A blank field does not mean a zero rate or a closed provider.
